Lesson on non-show day at an overnight show (grooming/tacking not included)
$60/lesson
Horse Care at Overnight Show: includes cleaning stall twice, watering, feeding grain twice, feeding hay 3-4 times, wrapping horses legs, bathing, clean tack, and a night check.
Daily rate of $45/horse
Set Up at Show: Pack OCRA supplies and set up water and feed buckets, muck bucket, pitchfork, brooms, blanket racks, stall plates, crossties, ladder, fans, extension cords, hose, hooks, banner, chairs, tables, etc.
One time charge of $40/horse
These rates do not include entry fees or braiding.
Hay and shavings will be purchased from the show and added to your horse show entries.
Hotel fees for trainer and groom will be split by the number of horses at the show.
** If at HITS, Katie’s lodging at the Camper is $100/night.
The groom will be allowed $30/day meal money, which will be split by the number of horses at the show.
The cost of the grooming stall, setup stall and possible storage stall, will be split by the number of horses at the show.
Transportation
Shipping horse to show, this does not include grooming/bathing before shipping
$1.75 per mile with a minimum of $60 (whether or not the horse is in the trailer)
If shipping to vet clinic, there will be a $40/hour waiting fee in addition to the shipping.
